QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
- Must be a graduate of any 4-year course
- At least one (1) year experience in a related job
- Adequate interpersonal written and oral communications
- Proficient in database management and MS Office applications
- With good knowledge on Electric Power Industry
- With high integrity and good public relations
