SEP/ BLEP PERSONNEL (1)
Qualification Standards:
1. Preferably a Registered Electrical Engineer
2. Must have a professional driver’s license
3. Must have a motorcycle
4. Must have at least one (1) year experience in the distribution system planning and design
5. Must be familiar with line construction standards and can develop staking sheets
6. Well-acquainted with the habits and customs of the people in the area
7. Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
8. With highly integrity and acceptable personal habits
