SEP/BLEP Personnel
Qualification Standards:
1.) Preferably a Registered Electrical Engineer
2.) Must have a professional drive's license
3.) Must have a motorcycle
4.) Must have at least one (1) year experience in the distribution system
5.) Must be familiar with line construction standards and can develop staking sheets
6.) Well-acquainted with the habits and customs of the people in the area
7.) Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
8.) With high integrity and acceptable personal habits
