We are sharing with you the salient features of the Anti-Obstruction of Power Lines Act or RA 11361 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).
RA 11361 prohibits the planting of tall growing plants, the construction of hazardous improvements, and the conduct of any hazardous activities within the power line corridor, among others.
We seek support from our Local Government Units (LGUs) as fulfilling the intention of RA 11361 is a shared responsibility.
