BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE: INVITATION TO BID/S

The SOUTH COTABATO I ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE, INC. (SOCOTECO I) through its Bids and Awards Committee now invites for Eligible Bidders for the supply of the following items:

The technical specifications of the project/items to be bid are contained in the Bidding Documents. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested bidders on December 21, 2018 – January 21, 2019 at the SOCOTECO-1 Main Office. For the purchase of the bidding documents please look for Ms. Jerlyn P. Barcenilla at the ISD office or you may contact her at (083) 228-8798.

The pre-bid conference will be held at the ESB Hall of the SOCOTECO I Headquarters, Barangay Morales, City of Koronadal on January 7, 2019, 1:30pm. Only those who have purchased the bidding documents are allowed to participate in the Pre-bid Conference.

The Eligibility Check and Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria. Post qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted.

Sealed bids shall be submitted to the BAC Secretariat on January 21, 2019, 1:30pm at the ESB Hall of the SOCOTECO I Headquarters, Barangay Morales, City of Koronadal. At the abovementioned time, the Eligibility Requirements and Bid Proposals will be opened, evaluated and qualified in the presence of bidders or bidders’ authorized representative/s.  Late bids will not be accepted.

The South Cotabato I Electric Cooperative, Inc. hereby reserves the right to reject any or all bids without disclosing any reason, to waive any minor defects or infirmities therein and to accept such bids as may be considered most advantageous to the cooperative.
