January 22- The past year ended with a good note despite the transition into a new leadership as OIC GM Raffee Edsel B. Epistola takes over the helm of then GM Santiago C. Tudio.
2018 is a promising year for the Cooperative that looks forward to the challenges including the implementation of the government’s Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion (TRAIN) and the sterner Key Performance Standards (KPS) for all Electric Cooperatives. The Management together with the Board of Directors, with this year’s value focus, TEAMWORK: Rising up to the Challenge, Doing Great Things Together, stand ready for an improved collection efficiency, single-digit system loss, better customer service and ultimately a perfect KPS evaluation.
“With the year’s challenges, let us come up with a plan and work together as a TEAM,” encouraged OIC – GM Epistola to all coop employees.
The Theme Launch is an annual activity of SOCOTECO-1 which highlights a core value of the cooperative. It aims to steer the cooperative to a desired direction in achieving its goals and targets for the current business year.
