SOCOTECO-1 collects personal information from you when you manually or electronically submit to us your service applications, requests, complaints and/or inquiries. Personal information includes but not limited to full name, address, birthday, contact information, gender, signature, photo, energy and demand requirements.

Use

The collected personal information is utilized solely for documentation and processing purposes within SOCOTECO-1 and is not shared with any outside parties. These information enable us to provide the services required by our stakeholders more specifically our customers.

SOCOTECO-1’s website uses WordPress (WP), a third party service, as its core content management system. WP Statistics is an embedded service to record and analyze web traffic for us but does not use cookies. Data report is not published or shared with any other party.

Only non-identifiable web traffic data are recorded and analyzed including IP address, search strings, pages and links accessed in our website, the date and time of website visit, geolocation, operating system, web browser and others alike.

Only authorized SOCOTECO-1 personnel has access to these personal information. The data will be stored in our web server for three (3) months (after complaints, inquiries, requests are acted upon) after which physical records shall be disposed of through shredding or other means, while digital files shall be anonymized and permanently deleted.

Access and Correction
