2016 Multi-Sectoral Electrification Advisory Council (MSEAC) Congress

SOCOTECO-1 conducted its 2016 Multi-Sectoral Electrification Advisory Council (MSEAC) Congress on Febraury 26, 2016 at the Villa Amor Hotel, Gen. Santos Drive, City of Koronadal. The MSEAC Congress is annually conducted to provide updates about the coop services and continuously encourage active participation from members of the council.

1CARE Representative Edgardo Rama Masongsong presented the partylist’s performance and accomplishments during his term. He urged the participants to work actively with the cooperative and for the achievement of its goal and programs.

Participants had the time to throw questions to the Management and members of the Board of Directors. A workshop on how to improve the current practices or services of the coop was given. Each district was given the chance to report their output. The result of the workshop will serve as advocacy plan for the year 2016.


Congratulations! Koronadal 1-A, Surallah and Tampakan Districts winning the Best MSEAC Contest for the year 2016

During the 2015 MSEAC Congress, the best MSEAC Contest was launched with the following criteria:

  1. One (1) year goal plan which should be accomplished within the applicable year.
  2. On time submission of the minutes of meeting per quarterly meeting conducted.
  3. Attendance to coop activities (AGMA, district elections, etc.)
